In-Home Cooking Class
"My husband and I had a wonderful evening doing hosting an in-home cooking party with Chef Rachel. Our theme was Oktoberfest. Rachel worked with us to design a custom menu, and emailed us beer and wine pairing information beforehand. She brought everything we needed for the class and quickly divided the 12 attendees into groups of 3 so we could accomplish the task of making this meal happen! What a great teacher: directions were clear, only the finest and ingredients were provided and the resulting meal we produced together was divine! Rachel was energetic, knowledgeable, kept the class on track and entertained us with cooking stories involving her German mother." - LISA V.

Kid's Cooking Camp
"I did a kid's camp for a week this summer at my friends' house with Chef Rachel. I loved all the sessions because we got to cook a bit more independently. You got to learn new culinary skills as well as recipes. Every day we did recipes from a different country: Italian, Southern American, French, and Thai. You got the recipes to take home and an apron at the end of camp. These camps and classes really made my interest in cooking higher.
